Automatic screwing of the steel reinforcement bars in the PVC profiles. Profile loading conveyor with 4 pc of profile loading capacity automatically conveys the profiles to the screwing center. Servo-controlled double head screwing units automatically screw the reinforcement steel to the PVC profile according to the program made on the control panel. The two-head screwing unit can also be operated as a single head if desired. Machine automatically measures the profile length and performs the screwing operation at the desired pitch. There is also automatic profile unloading and storage system at the machine.It works standalone or semi-integrated with PIM 6508 and PIM 6509 profile machining centers.
